Parking
There are multiple parking options conveniently located near Horseshoe Casino. Parking prices vary by day.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Horseshoe Casino now offers a complimentary shuttle service from the Collection Auto Group Centre to the Casino Entrance on Prospect Avenue. The Collection Auto Group Centre offers valet and self parking. Located on Ontario Street, guests can access the shuttle 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The shuttle runs every ten minutes (shuttle times are approximate).
Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available for all guests and is complimentary for our Seven Stars, Diamond and Platinum guests. Gold members receive $5 off of valet parking.
Self Parking:
Self parking is available for guests in the Collection Auto Group Centre located at the intersection of Prospect Ave. and Ontario St. Horseshoe Casino also offers self parking at a surface lot located at 1426 West 3rd St. This lot is located on Superior Ave. between West 3rd St. and West 6th St. Please enter the lot on West 3d St.
Gamble 30, Park Free!
All Total Rewards Members who show tracked gaming for 30 minutes* will receive free self parking at either of our parking locations for up to 24 hours. To redeem free parking, please swipe your Total Rewards card at a promotional kiosk inside the Casino to collect a validation slip before returning to your car. Please bring your validation slip and a parking ticket (that you received upon enterting the garage) to a parking cashier when you exit.
Play One Hour of Poker, Park Free
Poker players will receive complimentary self parking with one hour of gaming. Poker players can validate their parking ticket at the podium in the World Series of Poker Room.
Spend $25 at the Gift Shop, Park Free
Complimentary self parking is also available for any guests who spend $25 in our Gift Shop located inside the Colleciton Auto Group Centre. Enter the Gift Shop from Prospect Ave.
